Products
One hospital operating system. Three layers. Several ways in.
Docran HMS is the core. Around it, the same team builds the patient layer (booking in, messages out) and the operations layer (the departments the HMS never covered). Every product has a place in the system.

Patient layer
How patients reach the hospital, and the hospital reaches patients.
Operations layer
The non-clinical departments that keep the building running.
Products marked in pilot run with real hospitals today. We name them in the walkthrough, not on the website.
Core: Docran HMS and its two entry editions
Docran Front Desk and Docran Clinical are editions of the HMS, not separate products: a hospital starts with the counter or the consultation room and grows into the whole system on the same record.
- Docran Front Desk: registration to receipt, in pilot
- Docran Clinical: consultation, e-Rx, orders and records
- Docran HMS: every department, one set of books

Patient layer: booking in, messages out
Docran Discover turns a shared link into a confirmed appointment with no login. Docran Connect sends reminders and consent-led campaigns from the hospital's own sender ID. Both stand on their own for a hospital that only needs them.
- Mahima, the women's health companion, is next on the roadmap
- Consent recorded with evidence
- Delivery you can prove

Operations layer: Docran Resolve
Clinical care has an HMS; the operations floor ran on calls, slips and registers. Resolve gives Housekeeping, Biomedical, Facilities, IT, HR and Finance an owner, a clock and a history for every request, and a day that cannot close until everyone is accounted for. No patient data, so it also serves organisations that are not hospitals.
- Requests with SLA clocks by priority
- Attendance and overtime with payroll lock
- Works with Docran HMS or any other HMS

Why one system
Each product exists because a hospital asked for it next
Hospitals running the HMS asked for the operations floor and for patient communication the HMS did not cover. Clinics asked to start smaller. The same engineering practice built each one, and connecting them on one record is the next stage of the roadmap.
